1. Remove a lock ring (11) from an external support (1) of external clutch plates. 2. Remove disks (6), (8) and (10). Check disks for lack of wear and damages. 3. Install a stripper (020) on the spring plug (4) and remove a lock ring (5). 4. Remove the spring plug (4) and springs (3). 5. Take the piston (2) from a support (1). 6. Remove sealing rings (12) and (13) from the piston (2). |

Assembly

1. Install sealing rings (12) and (13) on the piston (2). Track that sealing edges were not overwound and were established in the direction of an arrow. |

2. Install the plug (021) on a support (1), grease the plug (021) and sealing rings (12) and (13) gearbox oil, carefully install the piston (2) in a support (1), press the piston (2) without distortion, slightly turning it. |

3. Install the spring plug (4) and springs (3). 4. Install a stripper (020) on the spring plug (4) and establish a lock ring (5). 5. Establish disks (6), (8) and (10) in a support (1). 6. Establish a lock ring (11). |

Check of a gap
Check a gap
of "A". The nominal size of a gap
"And" in coupling
of K2 lies within
the range of 0.7-1.3 mm. Adjust a gap with way of a selection of a lock ring (11). Lock
rings 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mm thick are issued
