9.3.16. Dismantling and assembly of planetary mechanisms

Dismantling

Design of a planetary reducer

2 — the Forward planetary mechanism
3 — the Lock ring
4, 6, 8, 23 — Persistent bearings
5, 9 — Radial bearings
7 — the Connecting support
10 — the Solar gear wheel
11, 17, 22 — Washers
12, 20 — Sealing rings
13 — the Internal ring of the coupling of a free wheeling
14 — the Roller bearing

15 — Pruzhina
16 — Cylindrical rollers
18 — the Persistent washer
19 — the Internal clutch plate of K2
21 — the Blocking ring
24 — the Support
87 — the Leading shaft
99 — the Lubricant ring
167 — the Output shaft with the planetary mechanism
167a — Teflon rings

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disassemble the transmission (section 4).
2. Remove a lubricant ring (99).
3. Remove teflon rings (167a) from an output shaft (167).
4. Install gear wheels with an output shaft (167) on the assembly device.
5. By means of the screw-driver remove a lock ring (3).
6. Remove the forward planetary mechanism (2) and take the persistent bearing (3).
7. Remove the persistent bearing (4) and the leading shaft (37).
8. Remove the radial bearing (5) and the persistent bearing (6).
9. Remove an output shaft with the planetary mechanism (167).
10. Remove the radial bearing (9), the persistent bearing (8) and a solar gear wheel (10).
11. Remove the coupling (F2).

Assembly

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
