9.3.15. Dismantling and assembly of the coupling of a free wheeling

Design of the coupling of a free wheeling

3 — Laying

9 — the Internal ring of the coupling
10 — the External ring of the coupling


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disassemble the transmission (see the Section Dismantling and assembly of transmission).
2. Remove a lock ring (2).
3. Remove the coupling (assembled), without disassembling it, from a koronchaty gear wheel (1).
4. Remove a lock ring (4).
5. Remove laying (3).
6. Remove a sealing ring (5).
7. Remove an internal ring (9) of the coupling from the roller bearing (6).
8. Remove the roller bearing (6).
9. Check an external ring (10) of the coupling, the roller bearing (6) and an internal ring (9) of the coupling for lack of wear.
10. Check an axial gap of the coupling. It has to be within 0.05 - 0.2 mm.
11. Establish laying (11) so that the neck (arrow) on an external ring of the coupling was established in an opening.
12. Establish laying (17) and an external ring of the 10th coupling with an internal ring (9) in a connecting support.
13. Establish a persistent washer (18) in an internal disk (24).
14. Establish an internal disk (24) in a connecting support (7). Establish a lock ring (21).
15. Check an axial gap between laying (17) and a connecting support (7), the axial gap is regulated by selection of laying. Laying 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mm thick is issued.
