9.3.1. Removal, check of a state and installation of the converter of rotation (hydrotransformer)
Removal

| 1. Install the transmission by the rotation converter up. |
2. Turn a plastic finger of the converter of rotation on 1/4 turns counterclockwise.
3. Tighten handles (065) on the rotation converter |

| 4. Take the rotation converter. |

Check
The case of the converter of rotation has the following nominal overall dimensions:

|
1. Install the rotation converter assembled with the secondary pump the leading flange up on a measuring plate (05).
2. Measure the dimensional height of "A" of the case of the converter of rotation. If the result of measurement exceeds extreme admissible value, replace the converter. |

Installation

|
| 1. Grease a flange (32) with means of Molykote. |
|
2. Establish a plastic finger and turn it on 1/4 turns clockwise.
3. Unscrew handles (065) from the rotation converter. |
|
| 4. By means of a caliper measure the size of a vystupaniye "A" of the converter of rotation over the interfaced transmission case surface. The nominal rate makes 9.6 mm. |
