Removal

Details of installation of the steering mechanism
|
|
|
|
1. Establish a steering column in the extended situation.
2. Extract liquid from the tank of the amplifier of steering.
3. Disconnect the R-valve (Y10x1) on the left side and disconnect the conducting socket from the steering mechanism.
4. Disconnect cross steering draft (10) from a steering bipod.
5. Disconnect longitudinal steering draft (11) from a steering bipod.
6. Remove a heat-shielding guard (23k).
7. Turn off returnable (30f) and forcing (30i) pipelines.
8. Remove the lock of blocking of a steering shaft. The steering wheel should not have opportunities to rotate, otherwise the contact spring (A45) can be damaged after replacement.
9. Disconnect a steering shaft (80a) from a shaft of the steering mechanism (25).
10. Turn off bolts (23a) and remove the steering mechanism (23). |

Installation

Details of installation of the steering mechanism |

|
1. Install the steering mechanism in average situation.
|
|
2. Install the steering mechanism and tighten it to a support on a forward beam (1kh).
3. Tighten returnable (30f) and forcing (30i) pipelines.
4. Establish a heat-shielding guard (23k).
5. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
6. Fill in liquid in the tank of the amplifier of steering and check work and lack of leaks. |
