Removal
Details of installation of camshafts

|
1. Remove forward top covers (30) and (30a).
2. Remove the directing levers of heads of the block of cylinders (40).
3. Turn off an asterisk (3) of the final camshaft of the left head of the block of cylinders. |
| 4. Using a key, install camshafts so that cams of cylinders (3) and (9), respectively, (arrow) held hydrocompensators on average situation. |
|
| 5. Turn off bolts of fastening of covers of camshafts, except cylinders (3) and (9) (arrow) and remove them. Uncover (15) together with the left inlet camshaft (9). |
|
6. Weaken bolts of fastening of covers No. 3 and No. 9 (arrow) serially on one turn and remove them.
7. Remove inlet camshafts.
8. Check hydrocompensators. |

Installation
|
|
1. Oil all bearings and hydrocompensators motive.
2. Install inlet and final camshafts in the axial bearing. |
|
| 3. Establish covers of bearings of camshafts (arrow) of cylinders (3) and (9) (are not shown by shooters on an illustration) and tighten bolts serially on one turn. |
| 4. Hold camshafts by means of a key (25) at a wraparound of bolts of fastening of covers No. 3 and No. 9 so that cams were directed down. |
|
| 5. Establish covers of other bearings and tighten bolts of fastening (arrow). |
