9.4.5. Dismantling and assembly of multidisk brakes of B2, B3 and gear wheel of blocking of transmission in situation "P"

Dismantling

Multidisk brakes of B2, B3 and gear wheel of blocking in situation "P"

2 — the transmission Case
11 — Bolts
14 — the Multidisk brake of B2
15 — a blocking Gear wheel in situation "P"

133 — the Multidisk brake of B3
133a — the Lock ring
133b — Spring laying

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the transmission from the hydrotransformer.
2. Remove a multidisk brake of B3 (133) and spring laying (133b), having taken out a lock ring (133a) from the transmission case.
3. Turn off bolts (11).
4. Take a multidisk brake of B2 (14) from the transmission case.
5. Remove a blocking gear wheel in situation "P" (15).

Assembly

Check of a gap of "L" in a multidisk brake of B3

2 — the transmission Case (an external support of a brake B3)
14a — the Piston
133a — the External disk 6.5 mm thick

133b, 133c — External disks 1.8 mm thick
133d — the Disk spring
133e — Frictional disks

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling.

Check and measure a gap in a multidisk brake of B3. The nominal size of a gap "L" in a multidisk brake of B3 lies within the range of 1.0 - 1.4 mm. Establish B3 brake disks together in the order presented on сопр. illustrations, also insert them in turn, measure a gap of "L" between a lock ring (133f) and an external disk (133a) in three points, - during measurement the lock ring (133f) has to concern the top holder of the bearing in a groove of an external support of a brake (2).

In case of need adjust a gap by selection of lock rings. Lock rings 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 and 4.7 mm thick are issued.
