9.4.13. Dismantling and assembly of coupling of K1
Dismantling
Dismantling and assembly of coupling of K1
|
83a — the External support of coupling K1 83b — the Sealing ring 86 — the Piston 86a — the Sealing ring of the piston 86b — the Disk spring 87 — the Spring plate |
87a — the Sealing ring of a spring plate 88, 90 — Lock rings 89 — the Block of disks 91 — the Lock ring of the coupling of a free wheeling 92 — the Forward coupling of a free wheeling A — the Oil channel for coupling of K1 |
|
1. Remove a lock ring (90) from an external support. 2. Remove the block of disks (89) from an external support. |
3. Establish a stripper (072) on a spring plate (87) and squeeze it until the lock ring (88) is not released. |
|
4. Remove a disk spring (86b) and the piston (86), having given compressed air to an opening (A). |
|
Assembly
Check of a gap between a lock ring (90) and an external disk (89c)
|
83a — the External support of coupling K1 86 — the Piston 86b — the Disk spring 89a — the External disk (thickness of 1.8 mm) 89b — the External disk (thickness of 3.5 mm / new thickness is 2.8 mm) |
89c — the External disk (thickness of 4.0 mm) 89d — Frictional disks 90 — the Lock ring L — the Gap |
Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check a gap between a lock ring (90) and an external disk (89c). The size of gaps in coupling
of K1 is specified below in the table. In case of need adjust a gap by selection of a lock ring (90) of the required thickness.
Rings 2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm thick are issued
.
