9.4.12. Removal and installation of multidisk couplings K1, K2 and K3
Removal
Details of installation of multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and K3
|
12 — the Output shaft with the central and back block of planetary gear wheels and coupling of K3 13 — the Persistent needle bearing 13a — the Persistent washer 58 — the Conducting shaft with coupling by K2 and the forward block of planetary gear wheels 58a — Teflon rings |
83 — Coupling of K1 138 — the Solar gear wheel of the forward block of planetary gear wheels A — the Oil channel for coupling blocking In — the Oil channel to coupling of K2 |
|
1. Disconnect the transmission case from the case the hydrotransformer. 2. Remove an output shaft with the central and back blocks of planetary gear wheels and coupling of K3 (12). 3. Remove the persistent needle bearing (13) and a persistent washer (13a). 4. Remove the conducting shaft with coupling K2 and the forward block of planetary gear wheels (58). 5. Remove coupling of K1 (83). |
|
Installation
|
1. Grease and establish everything together teflon rings in a groove in B1 brake.
2. Establish coupling of K1 (83). 3. Grease and establish everything together teflon rings (58a) in a groove of coupling of K2.
4. Establish the conducting shaft with coupling K2 and the forward block of planetary gear wheels (58). 5. Establish a persistent washer (13a) and the persistent needle bearing (13). 6. Establish an output shaft with the central and back block of planetary gear wheels and coupling of K3 (12). 7. Install the transmission case on the case the hydrotransformer. |
