Removal
Bolts of fastening of pulleys of the drive of auxiliary units

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Turn off the lower protective guard of the engine.
4. Remove the fan coupling.
5. Weaken bolts of fastening of pulleys.
6. Take off a generator drive belt.
7. Turn off bolts of fastening of pulleys (shooter) and remove pulleys of the coupling of the fan (210), pump of the cooling system (273) and pump of the amplifier of steering (284).
8. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft of the engine.
9. Open a cooling system radiator cover.
10. Mark the provision of asterisks of camshafts concerning a GRM drive chain. |
| 11. Weaken and turn off bolts (3) and (4). Remove an arm (213). Turn off a bolt (1) of fastening of an arm (213) to the combined arm. Grease with sealant 002 989 45 20 forward and back openings (shooter) of an arm (213). |

| 12. Unscrew the air supply pump from an arm. |
| 13. Turn off bolts (214) and (214a) and remove an arm of the fan (217). Turn off a nut (99). Remove the BMT (100) sensor together with conducting and fix it sideways. |
|
14. Disconnect wires from the generator. Turn off bolts and remove the generator together with an arm.
15. Turn off bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain of the GRM drive to the pallet.
16. Uncover a GRM drive chain together with a VMT sensor arm
17. Wipe the sealing surfaces of the block of cylinders and a cover of a chain of the GRM drive. |

Installation

|
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal. The cover of a chain of the GRM drive is established on two fingers of long 6 mm. Do not damage laying of the pallet. First of all, tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain of the GRM drive to the pallet. |
