1. Remove the blocking bearing (113). 2. Remove the lever of gear shifting (117) and a shaft (103) of the 1/2nd of transfers. 3. Take the conducted shaft (20) from the transmission case. 4. Remove the lever of gear shifting (120) and a shaft (103) of the 3/4th of transfers. 5. Remove the lever with a fork and the coupling of gear shifting of the 3/4th of transfers. 6. Remove an intermediate shaft (40) from the transmission case. 7. Remove the leading shaft (2) with the conic roller bearing and a ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer. 8. By means of a drift beat out external holders of bearings of an intermediate and leading shaft from the transmission case. 9. Turn off a nut (111), a vypressuyta and remove a finger (106) with a blocking sheet spring (109), the blocking lever (107), the plug (108) and laying (110). |

Installation
|
1. Install the blocking lever (107), a blocking sheet spring (109), the plug (108) and laying (110) on a finger (106). Press a finger (106) through the transmission case from within and fix it by a new nut (111). |
|
2. Install an intermediate shaft (40) in the transmission case. |
3. Fix the coupling (10) with a fork (13) and the lever (14) on the leading shaft and the synchronizer so that the groove in the coupling (10) was directed up. |
|
4. Insert a shaft (103) inclusions of the 3/4th of transfers to the transmission case. You will grease a bolt (101) with sealant and screw it. |
|
5. Insert the lever (117) of inclusion of the 3/4th of transfers so that it was hooked with gear shifting lever vents. Insert the plug (118), grease a bolt (119) with sealant and tighten it. |
|
6. Insert the leading shaft (20) into the transmission case. |
7. Establish a shaft (103) inclusions of the 1/2nd of transfers to the case of the transmission (101), having greased it with sealant, and tighten a fastening bolt. |
|
8. Install the lever of inclusion (117) of the 3/4th of transfers so that it was hooked with gear shifting lever vents. Insert the plug (118), grease a bolt (119) with sealant and tighten it. |
|
9. Insert the blocking bearing (113) into the transmission case so that one ball was established towards a nut from top to bottom. |
|
10. Tighten the blocking bearing (113) a bolt (114). |

1. Remove the blocking bearing (113). 2. Remove the lever of gear shifting (117) and a shaft (103) of the 1/2nd of transfers. 3. Take the conducted shaft (20) from the transmission case. 4. Remove the lever of gear shifting (120) and a shaft (103) of the 3/4th of transfers. 5. Remove an intermediate shaft (40) from the transmission case. 6. Remove the leading shaft (2) with the conic roller bearing and a ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer. 7. Remove the needle bearing (125) and a disk (126) from the leading shaft (2). 8. Remove the needle bearing (125), the persistent bearing (124), laying (122), (123) and a spring (121) from the leading shaft. 9. Take an external holder of the bearing from intermediate and leading shaft by means of a drift. 10. Turn off a nut (111), a vypressuyta and remove a finger (106) with blocking foliage a spring (109), the blocking lever (107), the plug (108) and laying (110).

Installation
|
1. Install the blocking lever (107), a blocking sheet spring (109), the plug (108) and laying (110) on a finger (106). Press a finger (106) through the transmission case from within and fix it by a new nut (111).

2. Using a drift, accurately hammer an external holder of the bearing until it does not act approximately on 2 mm (for an intermediate shaft) and on 6 mm (for the leading shaft). 3. Insert the leading shaft (2) with the conic roller bearing and the synchronizer of a plant louse of inclusion of the 4th transfer to the transmission case. 4. Install an intermediate shaft (40) in the transmission case |
5. Fix the coupling (10) with a fork (13) and the lever (14) on the leading shaft and the synchronizer so that the groove in the coupling (10) was directed up. |

6. Insert a shaft (103) inclusions of the 3/4th of transfers to the transmission case. Grease a bolt (101) with sealant and screw it. |

10. Install the lever of inclusion (117) of the 3/4th of transfers so that it was hooked with gear shifting lever vents. Insert the plug (118), grease a bolt (119) with sealant and tighten it. |
|
11. Insert the blocking bearing (113) into the transmission case so that one ball was established towards a nut from top to bottom. |
|
12. Tighten the blocking bearing (113) bolts (114). |

Remove the lever with a fork and the coupling of switching of the 3/4th of transfers. 8. Remove an intermediate shaft (40) from the transmission case. 9. Remove the leading shaft (2) from the transmission case. 10. Remove the needle bearing (125) and the plug (122a) from the leading shaft (2). 11. Turn off a nut (111) and remove a finger (106) with a blocking sheet spring (109), the blocking lever (107), the plug (108) and laying (110). |

Installation
|
1. Install the blocking lever (107), a blocking sheet spring (109), the plug (108) and laying (110) on a finger (106). Press a finger (106) through the transmission case from within and fix it by a new nut (111). |
|
2. Fix the needle bearing (125) and the plug (122a) on the leading shaft (2). |
3. Press on the leading shaft (2) the ball bearing (1a), establish a lock ring (1b) and install the leading shaft (2) in the transmission case. |
|
4. Install an intermediate shaft (40) in the transmission case. |
5. Fix the coupling (10) with a fork (13) and the lever (14) on the leading shaft and the synchronizer so that the groove in the coupling (10) was directed up. |
|
6. Insert a shaft (103) inclusions of the 3/4th of transfers to the transmission case. Grease a bolt (101) with sealant and screw it. |
|
7. Insert the lever (117) of inclusion of the 3/4th of transfers so that it was hooked with gear shifting lever vents. Insert the plug (118), grease a bolt (119) with sealant and tighten it. |
|
8. Insert the leading shaft (20) into the transmission case. |
9. Establish a shaft (103) inclusions of the 1/2nd of transfers to the transmission case. Grease a bolt (101) with sealant and screw it. |
|
10. Install the lever of inclusion (117) of the 3/4th of transfers so that it was hooked with gear shifting lever vents. Insert the plug (118), grease a bolt (119) with sealant and tighten it. |
|
11. Tighten a press 124 589 0931 00 on an intermediate case and record an intermediate shaft bolts. |
|
12. Press the ball bearing (128) in a bearing saddle on an intermediate shaft by means of a press 124 589 00 15 00. Move bolts of fastening of a press 124 589 09 31 00 on an intermediate shaft approximately on 2 cm back. Press against the stop the ball bearing (128) in the transmission case. |
|
13. Establish a lock ring (127). |
|
14. Insert the blocking bearing (113) into the transmission case so that one ball was established towards a nut from top to bottom. |
|
15. Tighten the blocking bearing (113) bolts (114). |
