1. Remove the transmission (see the Section Removal and installation of the transmission).
2. Remove a back cover of the transmission (see the Section Removal and installation of a back cover of the transmission).
3. Remove a gear wheel of a speedometer (38) and a persistent washer (38a).
4. Remove a lock ring (57), the coupling of the synchronizer (56), a ring of the synchronizer (38), a ring of the synchronizer (52), the needle bearing (55) and a persistent washer (51).
5. Disconnect a kosozuby gear wheel (37) fifth transfers.
6. Turn off a bolt (47) of fastening of a shaft of transfer of a backing (46).
7. On transmissions with kosozuby roller bearings remove an intermediate case (49).
8. On transmissions with ball bearings disconnect an intermediate case (48). |

Dismantling
|
|
1. Remove the lever of gear shifting (79) for the 5th transfer and transfer of a backing, a cover (78) and a sealing ring (77). Replace a sealing ring (77).
2. Remove a finger of the bearing (70), a spring (71), the plug (72), spring laying (73) and the lever (75). |
| 3. Vypressuyte from an intermediate case a shaft of transfer of a backing (46), a kosozuby gear wheel of transfer of a backing (48). |

| 4. On transmissions with kosozuby roller bearings by means of a drift to a vypressuyta external rings of bearings (43) and (45). |
| 5. Take the roller plug (43c), and a vypressuyta an external ring of the bearing (43d) (on transmissions with ball bearings). |
|
| 6. Take an external ring of the bearing (43b) and a vypressuyta the ball bearing (43a). |
|
| 7. Measure distance of "a" between the contact surface and a fillet of a ring of the bearing of the conducted transmission shaft on old and new intermediate cases by means of a caliper (length about 300 mm). If the result of the measurement taken on a new intermediate case does not correspond to result of the measurement taken on old it is necessary to establish additional laying, - laying 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 mm thick is issued. |

8. By means of the adjusting tool press an external ring of the bearing.
9. On transmissions with kosozuby roller bearings check a preliminary tightness of conic roller bearings of the leading and intermediate shaft. |

Installation
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
