1. Lift the car.
2. Remove a guard (72) from the lower lever.
3. Remove cross draft (69).
4. Disconnect conducting from the indicator of wear of a brake slip from the lower lever (72) (shooter).
5. Establish the squeezing plates (01b) and (01c).
6. Lift the lower lever (72) so that a power shaft was established in completely horizontal position.
7. Install the squeezing device (01) for a spring.
8. Squeeze a spring.
9. Disconnect the lower lever (72).
10. Remove a spring (73) with the plug (74), wipe the lower lever (72).
