Removal
1. Remove the lower protective guard of the engine. 2. Remove the air filter. 3. Weaken a collar (144) measuring instruments of an air stream and disconnect an air inlet pipe (167). |
4. Remove a partition (A) (9 bolts from which 6 from above and 3 from below). |
5. Disconnect vacuum tubes from the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (EGR). |
6. Weaken collars (V) of a corrugated branch pipe and remove it. |
7. Unscrew the catalyst from a final collector, remove it and a basic arm. |
8. Remove a connecting branch pipe of supply of compressed air (138a). |
9. Disconnect a branch pipe of ventilation of a case. |
10. Disconnect the mixing tube (135) with the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases from a head of the block of cylinders. |
11. Turn off the forcing oil pipeline (141) from a turbocompressor. Weaken both basic arms (134) on a final collector and a turbocompressor. Weaken the top bolts of fastening of an exhaust pipe. |
12. Weaken bolts of fastening of the lower part of a final flange. 13. Turn off an arm (177) from a generator flange to a turbocompressor on both sides. 14. Remove a turbocompressor. |
