10.4.2. Dismantling and assembly of a reducer of the main transfer and adjustment of gaps of gear wheels
Dismantling
Design of a reducer of the main transfer (model 140.02/03 since 01.06.94 of the issue and with a diameter of 198 differential of mm)
11a, 43e, 46b — External rings of the bearing 11b, 43d, 46a — Internal a bearing ring 13 — the differential Case 13a — Bolts 29, 30 — Lock rings 32a — the Radial epiploon 33 — the Flange of a power shaft 40 — the Nut 41 — the Flange |
42 — the Radial epiploon 44 — the Plug 45, 48 — Laying 47 — the Leading gear wheel 47a — the Conducted gear wheel 50 — the reducer Case 54 — the Back cover 55 — Sapun |
1. Remove the case of a reducer (50). Merge oil from a reducer. 2. Fix a reducer in a vice. 3. Disconnect a back cover (54). |
4. Remove a lock ring (30) from both flanges of power shafts (33). 5. Remove flanges of power shafts (33). |
6. Vypressuyte left and right radial epiploons (32a). |
7. Remove lock rings (29). |
8. Insert a pin (046) for differential gear wheels on the right side and press differential so that it on the left side concerned the reducer case. Take both external rings (11a) of roller bearings from the reducer case. |
9. Take the case of differential (13) from a reducer. |
10. Take both internal rings (11b) conic roller the bearing from the differential case. |
11. Weaken and turn off bolts (13a) of fastening of the conducted gear wheel of the main transfer. 12. Remove the conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (47a) from differential (13). 13. Weaken and turn off a nut (40) of fastening of a flange (41). 14. Remove a flange (41). 15. Take the leading gear wheel of the main transfer (47) from a reducer. 16. Vypressuyte an epiploon (42) from a reducer. 17. Remove an internal ring of the bearing (43d). 18. Remove external rings of bearings (46b), (43e) from a reducer. 19. Remove laying (45). 20. Remove the plug (44) with laying (48) from the leading gear wheel. |
Check
1. Check all details for lack of wear and, if necessary, replace them. 2. Check the leading gear wheel (47) and the conducted gear wheel (47a) for compliance of numbering. |
Assembly and adjustment
1. Press an internal ring of the bearing (46a) on the leading gear wheel (47). 2. Count thickness of laying (45) and install it in the reducer case. 3. Install external rings of bearings (46b), (43e) in the reducer case. 4. Install the plug (44) with laying (48) on both sides on the leading gear wheel. 5. Establish the leading gear wheel (47) in a reducer (50). 6. Establish an internal ring of the bearing (43d) on the leading gear wheel and press them together with a radial epiploon (42). 7. Establish a flange (41) on the leading gear wheel. 8. Tighten a nut (40). 9. Adjust the friction moment in the bearing of the leading gear wheel. 10. Check a gap of the leading gear wheel. 11. Establish the conducted gear wheel (47a) on differential (13). For this purpose it is necessary to heat the conducted gear wheel to temperature of 75-85 °C.
12. Press an internal ring of the bearing (11b) on differential. 13. Further assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. 14. Check and adjust an axial gap of a flange. 15. Fix a back cover (54). 16. Remove a reducer from a vice. |
Installation
1. Establish a reducer (50). 2. Fill in oil (about 1.2 l) 3. Replace сапун (55) on a back cover (54). |
Specifications
1. The friction moment in the bearing of the leading gear wheel (new conic roller bearings): 215-245 Nanometers.
2. A tolerance from adjusting parameter on the end of the leading gear wheel:-0.02/mm.
3. A gap between the leader and the main transfer of 0.08 - 0.014 mm conducted by gear wheels.
