14.5. Replacement of glow lamps

Precautionary measures

Glow lamps and holders of lamps can be very hot. Therefore before replacement of lamps wait for cooling of the lighting fixture!

Store lamps in the place, inaccessible for children!

Do not apply the fallen lamps or lamps with scratches, they can burst!

Replacement of a lamp of H7

The glow lamp is under pressure therefore it is necessary to put on goggles and gloves.

Headlights with xenon lamps of passing beam:

There is a danger of traumatizing in connection with high voltage!

Do not replace xenon lamps independently. For work on headlights of passing beam address experts.

Order of implementation of the procedure

Before replacement of glow lamps switch off lighting in order to avoid short circuit.

Take new lamps in hand only using soft silk paper or thin gloves.

Use only glow lamps on voltage of 12 V of one type and the corresponding power.

Replacement of a lamp of the index of turn

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.
2. Squeeze a clip (1) from a motive compartment and push forward the case of a lamp of the index of turn.
3. The holder of a lamp with the glow lamp turn to the left and remove. Press the glow lamp, turn it to the left and take out.
4. Insert the case of a lamp of the index of turn ledges (3) into guides (4) and press before fixing back.

Repeater of the index of turn (WY of 5 W, yellow color)

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Move the case of a lamp of the additional index of turn forward and remove.
2. The holder of a lamp with the glow lamp turn to the left and remove. Extend the glow lamp from the boss.

Installation

Spread the case of a lamp of the additional index of turn in front, press and record behind.

Tilt angle of headlights

Regularly check a tilt angle of headlights. The description of the procedure of adjustment of a poolzheniye of headlights is provided in the Section the Decorative front grille - details of installation of the Head Kuzov.

On models with xenon lighting the tilt angle of optical axes of headlights is regulated automatically.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.
2. Having wrung out a clamp bracket, uncover the case of a headlight (1).
3. Extend a cartridge with a lamp.
4. Take out a lamp.
5. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of fixing of the boss.

Headlights with xenon lamps

Replacement of lamps of parking fires (3) in headlights of xenon type

3 — the Lamp of parking light / unilateral parking light (W of 5 W)
5 — the Lamp of fog lighting (H1 55 W)
7 — the Lamp of passing beam

 

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The order of implementation of the procedure is similar described above for headlights of halogen type.
2. At installation spread a cover from below and press above before fixing.

Passing beam, driving beam, fog lighting

Replacement of a lamp of driving beam (6) in headlights of xenon type

There is a danger of traumatizing in connection with high voltage! Do not disconnect the plug of headlights of passing beam with xenon lamps.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.
2. Uncover over a headlight.
3. Having wrung out a clamp bracket, uncover the case of a headlight (1) or (2).
4. Disconnect the plug from the corresponding lamp.
5. Unhook the holding spring and take a lamp.
6. Insert the new glow lamp so that the socle entered dredging of the boss.
7. Spread a cover of the case of a headlight below and press above before fixing.

Back lamps

2. Unbend the panel of a cover of access (7).
3. The holder of a lamp with the glow lamp turn to the left and remove.
4. Press the glow lamp, turn to the left and take out it.
5. The holder of a lamp establish, having pressed before fixing.

Lamps of illumination of registration plate (From 5 W, a lamp spotlights)

Unscrew screws of fastening (1) and take out a lamp.
